Tel Aviv-based operator claims headline prize in the social casino categories at inaugural awards for North American RMG and social sector
Caesars Interactive-owned firm Playtika was named Social Casino Operator of the Year at this week’s inaugural EGR North America Awards in San Francisco.
The Tel Aviv-head quartered operator bagged the prize on a night which celebrated the success of real-money egaming operators, B2B suppliers and social casino firms.
Fellow Israeli firm Dragonplay won the award for Social Poker Operator and IGT’s DoubleDown Casino took home the prize for best acquisition strategy.
Meanwhile Product Madness won the social slots category and Storm8 won the award for Social Bingo Operator for its Monopoly Bingo product.
More than 120 guests attended the glittering awards ceremony at The Bentley Reserve Banking Hall in the heart of San Francisco, which was hosted by American comedian and star of the HBO hit series Silicon Valley, Jimmy O. Yang.
